All orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. Delivery times may vary depending on carrier delays, weather conditions, or holidays.

Estimated delivery times:

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout. The Daily Desires Collection is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses entered by the customer.

Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

Once an order has been shipped and tracking has been provided, The Daily Desires Collection is not responsible for lost, delayed, or stolen packages. Please contact the shipping carrier directly for assistance with delivery issues.

Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Photos of the damaged packaging and products
